If you were confused by the recent FCC ruling on unbundling, it might be because of all the whining that has gone on since, says Tom Nolle in this week’s Reality Check. The whining has been coming from all quarters – not the least of which is FCC Chairman Michael Powell himself. Nolle points out that all the whining is premature anyway.
