Continuing the discussion about so-called network neutrality that AT&T boss Ed Whitacre does his best to muddy in a post below, you might want to turn to Business Week today for an excellent plain-English examination of what’s at stake.

 In addition, my Network World colleagues Jim Duffy and Denise Pappalardo spell out the issues that are of particular interest to enterprise network executives in this story published Jan. 30.
