I am not convinced about VoIP widgets and applications that solve a small unique aspect of telephony such as number masking, google maps mash, twitter integration etc mostly because 99% of the population gets their phone line from CLECs who have a vested interested in the status quo. They aren’t interested in partnering with small one off vendors with small components. For carriers these need to be people in the business of delivering scalable business components for hosted environments such as what Cistera does. You can read more about VoIP widgets here.
