Rounding out the top 10: Austin, Texas; Portland, Ore.; Toledo, Ohio; Atlanta; Denver; the Research Triangle Park area of North Carolina; Minneapolis; and Orange County, Calif. Toledo’s the only surprise, in our opinion. Anyone know what’s going on there? Is it the new RTP?
