We walked into the office of “Cool Tools” writer Keith Shaw the other day after he yelled, “Hey, come look at my new keyboard!”
In we went and there sat a standard black keyboard. Whoopie. Until we noticed all the keys were blank. Sweet!
Coincidentally, the AP has a review of Das Keyboard today, which is cool because A) You have to be a good, showoff typist to use it, and B) It’s fun to say anything with the word “Das.”
Das Keyboard developer Metadot advertises the $80 device as “for uber-geeks only.” Notes company founder and Das Keyboard inventor Daniel Guermeur: “People willing to buy this are total geeks. The creme of the geeks.”
