Over the past year, the “Google is the new Microsoft” theory has been increasing with every frightening move the search engine giant makes.
USA Today Tech Columnist Kevin Maney ruminates on the subject: “Google has suddenly become much scarier than Microsoft. Google is making Microsoft seem like George Foreman – once a menacing, powerful presence, but now sort of eccentric and cuddly.”
True dat. Once you launch something called “Google Earth” your intentions are pretty clear.
