Google duo tops power list

Google wunderkind Google Sergey Brin and Larry Page have another achievement to add to their long list. The 32-year-olds have topped Vanity Fair’s New Establishment annual powerbroker ranking.

It’s not Forbes, but on the other hand, Forbes doesn’t smell like as nice as VF. Last year’s No. 1, Wal-Mart CEO H. Lee Scott Jr., dropped to second place, followed by Viacom CEO Sumner Redstone at No. 3 and News Corp. chairman Rupert Murdoch at No. 4.

Fellow online titan and Amazon head Jeff Bezos is headed in the opposite direction, falling to No. 18 from last year’s ranking of 7.
