IT exec orders DNA tests on staff

A UK IT exec is so incensed over someone leaving chewed gum stuck under a conference room table he’s threatened to DNA-test his staff to find the culprit.

Tony Price, 33-year-old managing director of IT firm WStore UK, sent an e-mail to his 80 employees threatening DNA tests unless the gum owner stepped forward. It seems Price has a gum-ban in the workplace and the wad ruined another employee’s pants. Are we sure Price’s real name isn’t David Brent?

Word of his plans hit the press and now Price is saying the e-mail was a joke. Now he has another quest: determining which employee leaked the e-mail to the press.
