The San Francisco Department of Public Health has launched the nation’s first text-messaging program, SexInfo, designed to answer youths’ questions in an anonymous setting.
Public Health official say it’s a way to ensure youths get correct information to questions we won’t retype here. One girl quoted in the USA Today story says she thinks her peers will use the program, and notes she sends about 100 text messages a day. OK, we at least know she’s too busy to need the service.
