A 16-year-old French teen and an 18-year-old of Ghanian nationality were detained Monday and investigated for “inciting harm to people and property over the Internet,” writes the AP. Officials say the 18-year-old ran a “hardcore” blog, while the 16-year-old posted comments. The hosting company has removed the blog and the teens have yet to be charged with any crime.
This morning we heard on the news that rioters are also using text messaging to contact their colleagues, letting them know where police are so they can avoid arrest.
