There’s no place like home (to work) for the holidays

A study by Web conferencing vendor Raindance finds that nearly half of employees hope to take advantage of remote-work technology this holiday season.

A survey shows 49% plans to work on their days off. We call that percentage “the suckers.”

Thrity-nine percent plan to work at home at some point and 15% plan to run errands during conference calls. Well, at least that’s somewhat industrious. And, of course, 41% will exercise their inalienable right to shop online during work.
