Someone has filed suit against Apple Computer claiming the popular iPod has caused them serious hearing loss and that the defendant should have put more warning labels on the device. Seriously? Um, isn’t it pretty well known that prolonged exposure to ANY loud sound can cause hearing loss?
It’s probably the same person who tried to file suit against McDonald’s for making them fat. Hopefully the judge says they can’t hear the arguement because they’re listening to their iPod and throws the case out on the street where it belongs.
