Blind required to pass driver’s ed in Chicago

This makes a lot of sense: To graduate from Chicago public schools, one must pass at least the written part of the Driver’s Ed test … even BLIND students. The state says disabled students can be exempt from driver’s ed requirements, but Chicago officials seem to have skipped that part of the guidelines. Maybe this is why there’s braille on the drive-up ATM near our house.
