From the useless lawsuit department come a company, KinderStart, suing Google because the search giant banished it from the indexes. Not only that, the company is hoping to turn its case into a class action suit for all banished sites, claiming Google is ruining their business. Another company tries suing Google because they were kicked out, but the case was dismissed over free speech issues. We’re hoping the same happens here.
