A Florida man has agreed to repay $1,400 in wages and perform 50 hours of community service after accepting a no-show prison job so he could play on the guard’s softball team. Mark Guerra must have been one heck of a softball player for the guard’s to break the law to get him on their team. We’re all for ringers on the highly competitive Network World softball team, but we pay in beer cold beverages, not no show jobs.
