Has your net been a little pokey this week? Replacing server hampsters at a breakneck pace?

We may know the reason: ABC has launched free streaming of the latest “Commander in Chief,” “Alias,” “Lost” and “Desperate Housewives” episodes.

Now through June 30 colleagues can watch the latest episode of each starting the day after it airs and kneecap your network. Time to get that monitoring software up.
