Sprint wireless knocked out in Queens

A water leak in Flushing (ha!) knocked out Sprint cell service in Queens yesterday.

Bad timing considering the latest foiled terrorist/airplane plot news and the fact JFK and LaGuardia are both in Queens.

The water burst actually damaged a Verizon network, but only Sprint users were affected.
