If you think driving with a hands-fee cell phone is safe, think again.

It is safer than driving with the phone on your ear, but researchers at the University of Utah say hands-free users are still four times more likely to get into an accident.

Researcher David Strayer says “chatting on a cell phone while driving cuts the brain’s ability to operate a vehicle and process information about traffic by 50%.”
