  If you think citizen blogs are boring in the Free World, image the yawners coming out of China. Yet, despite the fact the Chinese government allows access to, like, one Web site on Earth, blogging is taking off. The government claims “that 17 million Chinese have a blog, a 30-fold increase on four years ago. The sites are read by 75 million – that’s almost four and a half readers each.” Via The Register
