The geeks have invaded Kentucky. Reports USA Today: “Best Buy’s Geek Squad technology services unit has set up “Geek Squad City,” a 165,000-square-foot computer repair facility near Louisville that will house more than 500 Geek Squad “agents” ready to fix a laptop on a moment’s notice.” “The biggest customer disappointment is the time it takes to fix a laptop,” Geek Squad founder Robert Stephens said. “So this is really an attempt to address an industrywide problem.” Maybe the biggest customer disappointment was the fact they had to take their crappy laptop to Geek Squad, eh? But it’s good news for Bullitt County, which will now find itself overrun with dorky VW bugs sporting Geek Squad logos. Via USA Today
