We saw an ad for the Samsung BlackJack smartphone the other night and thought, “Amazing they got away using ‘Black’ in the name.” Well, it turns out Samsung may have busted as RIM is suing, alleging trademark infringement. And not only do the names sound similar, they devices look alike, too, especially when compared with the BlackBerry Pearl.
