FarStone Technology rolled out Tuesday a family of backup and recovery appliances that support iSCSI and are available in 5, 8 and 15TB capacities. TreasureStone backs up to a remote server and is targeted at branch offices. The appliances include FarStone’s DriveClone Enterprise Server software and support Serial ATA-II and RAID levels 0, 1, 1+0 and 5. They also feature snapshot capability and bare metal recovery.
