With Bill Gates taking a lower profile these days, Microsoft would be no fun without Steve Ballmer.
No sooner had Microsoft and Novell shook on an interoperability deal, when Ballmer stuck a stick in the spokes by contending Redmond struck the deal because Novell “uses our intellectual property”. Atta boy, Steve.
Novell has issued a press release to the tune of “Nuh uh,” while Microsoft countered with an “Agree to Disagree” slant.
Anyone got the over/under on the length of this happy union?
