Double-Take Software rolls out new version of server provisioning

DoubleTake Software on Monday announced a new version of its desktop and server provisioning software that now supports hot desking, Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2 and segregated data storage. Double-Take Flex Version 3.1 is software that lets administrators boot desktops or servers from a centralized image stored on the storage area network or network attached storage device. Hot Desking lets users boot their systems from shared images; it works with any physical or virtual machine.
