Voltaire Unified Fabric Manager software available from HP

Voltaire on Thursday announced that its Unified Fabric Manager (UFM) is available as part of HP’s Unified Cluster Portfolio (UCP). Used in combination with Voltaire’s 20G or 40Gbps InfiniBand switches, UFM software optimizes performance and management for high-performance scale-out data centers. UFM software provides IT managers with a logical view of their infrastructure that identifies servers, applications and fabric elements for better performance utilization and management.
