Knoa has monitoring solution for virtualization, cloud and SaaS

Knoa Software announced on Tuesday the availability of Knoa Virtual/Cloud Experience Manager (VCEM), an ‘off-the-shelf’ product that monitors and manages real end-user experience for enterprise applications that are running in virtualized environments, delivered via softare as a service or provisioned via cloud computing. Features include dynamic benchmarking, which provides before-and-after change performance metrics, comprehensive threshold alerting, which alerts management if a designated metric is exceeded, dynamic baselining, which signals when a metric deviates from long or short-term trends and advanced root cause analysis, which matches end-user behavior to deviations in performance.
