There are many sites on the Web dedicated to chronicling the poor customer service of a particular retail store chain. But the new I’llNeverShopThereAgain seems to be welcoming all stores poor and crappy into its universe.

The site is inviting the disgruntled shopper to share his or her tales of poor customer service and general ineptitude with the world. It was launched after the founders had a less-than-satisfactory experience at Best Buy.
