Google is kinda-sorta-not-really appeasing privacy wonks with its rewritten privacy policy.
Highlights:
- It’s twice as long!
- A summary is offered in a handy Cliff Notes version.
- It doesn’t offer up any details on how long the company keeps collected data, which is what privacy advocates (concerned about hacking and Big Brother abuse) wanted in the first place.
No word if the policy uses a new font or type size; Comic Sans 12 would be appropriate.
