A human resources outfit called BLR released the results of a poll it did on the top “workplace” movies of all time. Not surprisingly, Office Space ranked #1 with 37% of the vote. (We know people who don’t work in an office environment that love that movie.) But number 2, according to them? Nine to Five. The 1980 hit starring Jane Fonda, Lily Tomlin, Dabney Coleman and Dolly Parton score 30% of the vote. Really? People still watch/remember that movie? Has Lifetime even shown it in the last decade? How did it come within 7% points of Office Space?Rounding out the top 5: Working Girl (20%), Wall Street (12%) and Clockwatchers (1%).
