Yesterday it was music, today it’s movies. Michael Geoghegan’s Reel Reviews podcast is “oriented towards encouraging listeners to check out quality films they may have missed or those worthy of a second viewing.” Geoghegan reviews movies out on DVD, both new releases like Sideways and older films such as the original Assault on Precinct 13. He’s gives a very indepth review and is knowledgeable about all things film. He even did a joint review of Sideways with the guys at Grape Radio (bonus Podcast of the day) that touched on all aspects of the movie and its impact on the wine industry. Most of the shows run 10 to 20 minutes, perfect for listening to on a Friday before heading to the movie store or updating your Netflix queue.
