Niko in Greece asks Ron for help with wireless connection problems he’s having and prefaces the request with this: “I am new to wireless. A tech came to install it in our hotel the other day and he seems to be a knob (for various reasons – one of them being he seems to think we will get a signal through 4 feet of concrete).”
