Is Yahoo coming down with a case of Kai Fu-Lee?
Nuance Communications claims Yahoo has stolen 13 of its engineers and with them the trade secrets behind its nearly completed interactive speech technology project.
Nuance has filed a lawsuit in Santa Clara Country Court asking the judge to bar the engineers from defecting to Yahoo. Provided an injunction is approved, that should make for a fun working atmosphere at Nuance.
