There are a few downsides. The prototype only makes plates that are 6 inches wide – enough for salad or desert, but defintely do not cut the mustard for the main course. And, the recycle part, which involved heating the plastic to 300 degrees Fahrenheit, does not adequately get rid of all the old foof. Easy solution to the last part: Let your dog “clean” the plates before reuse. This would be perfect at work. Paper cups for coffee is waste and cleaning a mug out by hand everyday is a pain, but if you just press a button and bang, a fresh mug is created, productivity would soar!
